Driver, 50 Neck stiffness and headaches after long shifts 8 weeks
Cervical range was limited in rotation and upper traps were constantly tight after long driving shifts. Care included cervical mobilisation, upper back manual release, and a stretching and strengthening plan he could do at rest stops.
Headache frequency dropped from four per week to one or two per month. Neck rotation improved enough to check blind spots comfortably while driving. He uses his stretch routine before every long haul shift now.
