Ultrasound Therapy
Therapeutic ultrasound uses sound waves to warm deep tissues and support healing in tendons and muscles. It is one tool in a broader rehab plan, not a standalone fix.
What this treatment helps with
- Supports tendon healing
- Reduces local pain
- Prepares tissue for exercise
- Non invasive adjunct care
How we assess you
Every plan starts with a clear picture of your symptoms, movement, and goals.
-
1
Tissue diagnosis
We confirm ultrasound suits your injury type.
-
2
Area mapping
We identify exact treatment site and depth.
-
3
Contraindication check
We avoid use over implants, infection, or pregnancy areas.
-
4
Combined plan
We pair ultrasound with exercise and manual care.
How we treat your condition

Continuous ultrasound
Gentle heating for chronic tendon issues when appropriate.
Exercise progression
Loading exercises after ultrasound prep.
Education

Tennis player, 35 Elbow tendon irritation 8 weeks
Ultrasound was applied before each session to support tendon healing at the elbow. We progressed from isometric wrist holds to slow eccentric lowering exercises with increasing load as grip strength and pain levels allowed.
Grip pain during serves eased by week four. He returned to league tennis without a brace at week eight and played a full tournament season. He still warms up with eccentric wrist exercises before matches.
